Principal philosophy
Principal Consulting Group was formed by like minded, mature recruitment specialists, each with between 10 and 20 years experience, who are concerned about the erosion of service standards in their industry, often attributable to the global consolidation of the recruitment industry in the late 1990's.
Part of our philosophy is that our customers will always deal with a 'principal' or stakeholder in our company, who has a long term view towards business relationships based on trust and excellent service delivery. These people will typically be practice managers in our company, who are experienced consultants in either Human Resource Management or Recruitment (including search). Principal has a flat management structure enabling our key people to remain 'hands on' and outcome focused.
Although each of our key people have previously specialised in specific industry sectors, we believe that our recruitment methodology, coupled with our considerable experience, enable us to identify and secure (for you) the best people in almost any professional discipline.
