Generally speaking we will require you to provide us with an up to date resume/CV.

Whenever possible, we personally interview candidates whom we have shortlisted for a position with our clients (interstate or overseas candidates are interviewed by telephone). At this interview we divulge the identity of our client and explain the position in more details. All aspects of these discussions are confidential. and the candidate's details are only submitted to our client with the consent of the candidate.
We are not obliged to refer a candidate to our client if we determine that the candidate does not meet our client's requirements. If we do not believe you suit our client’s requirements we will tell you so. Conversely, we may tell you about other opportunities for which we are recruiting for which we believe you may be well suited.

Our referrals to our clients usually consist of your resume/CV along with our comments and recommendations.
