Principal provides recruitment services to employers. The employers are our clients, whom we charge for our services. We represent our clients in the recruitment process and it is our job to minimise our clients' time spent on the recruitment process so that they can maximise their time spent on core business. One of the ways we do this is by referring only the very best candidates available who meet their selection criteria. We also look for good cultural fit.

We also have a ‘watching brief’ for some clients whereby we let them know if we come across a person with certain skills and experience, (a candidate’s personal information is never disclosed to a client without the candidate's permission).
